PM: Peaceful Election In Kashmir Is A Victory Of The Democratic Forces

Islamabad, (Pakistan Point News – 22nd July, 2016) : Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif congratulated the elected representatives and the public to hold peaceful elections in Kashmir. He said, peaceful election is a victory of democratic forces. He said in the congratulatory message that dynamic democracy is the continuity of the democratic system, elections are a reflection of people's faith in democracy, and victory and defeat are part of the electoral process. Prime Minister expressed hope that the elected representatives will work for the welfare of the people of Kashmir. He said that support for Jammu Kashmir’s freedom movement is beyond the political divide.
