Welfare Steps For Policemen To Remain Continue: IGP

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Mar, 2017 ) : Inspector General of Police Tariq Masood Yasin on Tuesday said welfare steps for policemen would remain continue so that they might perform effectively to ensure protection to the lives and properties of the citizens.
He stated this while addressing `Police Darbar' here at Police Line Headquarters and congratulated 585 policemen over their promotion in next scales.
He said it was his great desire to be appointed as police chief in Islamabad and to start the promotion of policemen.
"My great wish to ensure promotion of cops has been fulfilled and every policemen is feeling very much happy over it," he maintained. He said hospital for policemen at Police Line Headquarters had been upgraded and best treatment facilities were being provided there.
He hoped that policemen would perform with best of their capabilities and committed to continue efforts for welfare of policemen.
