Two Brothers Killed Over Old Enmity

HAFIZABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Feb, 2017 ) : Two brothers were gunned down while another sustained bullet injuries over an old enmity near Chak Chatha on Saturday. According to police, Shoukat Ali of Wingay village had murdered Ijaz few years ago over a family feud.
The accused's brothers Liaqat Ali and Rafaqat Ali left their village and settled in Nokhar due to the enmity. Today, Liaqat Ali and Rafaqat Ali alongwith two others were returning to Nokhar village by two motorbikes after attending the hearing of another case in local courts when Ijaz's brother Mehdi of Saroopwala, Babar, Irshad and others allegedly opened indiscriminate fire at them near Chak Chatha Canal.
As a result of which Liaqat and Rafaqat died on the spot while Ijaz Masih sustained serious bullet wounds. The police have shifted the bodies to the local morgue. The injured has been shifted to Trauma Centre from where he was referred to Lahore due to his precarious condition. A case has been registered against the accused.
