ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Oct, 2017 ) :Minister for Privatization Daniyal Aziz Tuesday said it seemed Imran Khan was a 'puppet' who was dancing to the tune of others and his slogans of change in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were mere lies.
Talking to mediamen here outside Supreme Court, he said those who claimed to hold accountability in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in 90 days, actually locked the accountability department in the province. He said protest was also being launched against Imran Khan due to bad performance of the PTI in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The minister said Imran Khan often avoid court proceedings on the pretext of stay orders. If Capt (R) Safdar and other politicians could face arres, then why Imran Khan was not be taken into custody, he asked.
Imran Khan had been declared a 'proclaimed offender' but he was holding public meetings in Islamabad, and nobody had arrested him, he pointed out. "Nobody can lay a hand on Imran Khan, irrespective of what kind of misdeed he has committed," he remarked.
He said Imran Khan should tell about the "Godfather" who was helping out him in his political matters. Daniyal said the PTI chief failed to produce evidence and financial details about his flat in London. PTI leader Jehangir Tareen held assets in the name of his gardener and cook, he added.
