SHC Grants Bail To Zaid Talpur

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th May, 2017 ) : The Sindh High Court (SHC) Hyderabad Circuit Bench here Friday granted 6-day protective bail to Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf's Umerkot based leader Nawab Zaid Talpur who is booked in an FIR of assaulting policemen in Umerkot.
According to the details, Talpur filed the bail application through his lawyer advocate Muhammad Yousuf Laghari. Talpur had earlier obtained a protective bail from Balochistan High Court.
Talpur, his son Mir Hassan Talpur and 4 others were booked in an FIR of manhandling policemen and forcefully occupying chair of Station House Officer at Kunri police station on May 2.
After the incident the Umerkot police arrested Hassan and another accused Yaqoob Solangi The IG Sindh police A D Khawaja had also suspended DSP Kunri Sher Khan Rind and SHO Tassawar Hussain Jatt for failing to prevent the incident and allowing misconduct of the accused in the police station.
