LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Apr, 2017 ) : The position of the river inflows and outflows at Tarbela, Mangla and Chashma along with the reservoirs levels and the barrages during last 24 hour is as under: Rivers: Indus at Tarbela: Inflows 45000 cusecs and Outflows 55000 cusecs, Kabul at Nowshera: Inflows 29300 cusecs and Outflows 29300 cusecs, Jhelum at Mangla: Inflows 60300 cusecs and Outflows 65000 cusecs, Chenab at Marala: Inflows 33000 cusecs and Outflows 10300 cusecs.

Barrages: Jinnah: Inflows 84600 cusecs and Outflows 77600 cusecs, Chashma: Inflows 69400 cusecs and Outflows 70000 cusecs, Taunsa: Inflows 45500 cusecs and Outflows 39900 cusecs, Panjnad: Inflows 23700 cusecs and Outflows 14700 cusecs, Guddu: Inflows 46100 cusecs and Outflows 46100 cusecs, Sukkur: Inflows 42000 cusecs and Outflows 13700 cusecs, Kotri: Inflows 7300 cusecs and Outflows Nil.

Reservoirs (Level and Storage): Tarbela: Minimum operating level 1380 feet, present level 1407.98 feet, maximum conservation level 1550 feet, live storage today 0.407 million acre feet (MAF). Mangla: Minimum operating level 1040 feet, present level 1136.85feet, maximum conservation level 1242 feet, live storage today 1.526 MAF.

Chashma: Minimum operating level 637 feet, present level 646.10 feet, maximum conservation level 649 feet, live storage today 0.170 MAF. The inflows and outflows of River Indus at Tarbela and Chashma, River Kabul at Nowshera and River Jhelum at Mangla have been reflected as mean flows of 24 hours, whereas the other flows have been gauged at 6.00 a.m.
