Real Brother, Brother In Law Assassinated Five Members Of Family In Peshawar : SSP Operations

The Peshawar police have arrested the alleged killers involved in brutal assassination of five members of a family of Yahya Khan three days back in the outskirts of Peshawar who happened to be his real brother and brother in law as both committed to the crime over land dispute.
PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Mar, 2018 ) :The Peshawar police have arrested the alleged killers involved in brutal assassination of five members of a family of Yahya Khan three days back in the outskirts of Peshawar who happened to be his real brother and brother in law as both committed to the crime over land dispute.
SSP Operations Peshawar Javed Iqbal told media here today that the police have arrested the main accused Junaid and Amir, brother and brother in law of slain Yahya Khan, Lab Assistant at UET Peshawar respectively and recovered weapons used in the offence within 72 hours of the occurrence of the brutal incident.
The accused have confessed to their crimes before the police investigation team in the initial interrogation, he added. He said dispute over land and some domestic matters stated to be the main reason behind the merciless assassination of the entire family of Yayha Khan.
The police was also trying to track down whereabouts of two sister of accused Junaid Khan who are missing after the incident.
The SSP maintained that soon after the incident IGP Salahuddin Mehsud immediately instructed CCPO Tahir Khan to personally investigate the case.
The police team have expanded the investigation scope in the incident and succeeded in apprehending the real culprits. The police have seized the weapons used in the offence on the pointation of the arrested accused Junaid and Amir.
It merits a mention here that on March 20, Aurangzeb son of Ayub Khan Resident of Tarnab Farm Chamkani uncle of slain Yahya Khan lodged an FIR in Chamkani Police Station that he was in his home when he heard about the incident and immediately rushed to the site.
Upon reaching the site, he saw his nephew Yahya Khan, his wife Kainat, two minor kids Zohaib and Shuaib and his sister in law Ayesha brutally murdered.
