RDA Seals Illegally Constructed Flats In Asghar Mall Scheme

The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) on Monday sealed an illegally constructed flats in residential area of Asghar Mall Scheme. According to an RDA spokesman, following directives of Commissioner Rawalpindi / RDA Director General Talat Mahmood Gondal
RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Oct, 2017 ) :The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) on Monday sealed an illegally constructed flats in residential area of Asghar Mall Scheme.
According to an RDA spokesman, following directives of Commissioner Rawalpindi / RDA Director General Talat Mahmood Gondal, an RDA's Building Control Wing team under the supervision of Building Superintendent Syed Aslam Shah, Inspector Mukhtar Ahmed and others with the assistance of police carried out operation against illegal flats owned by Raja Farooq Sarfraz constructed at Plot Number P-1542 in the Asghar Mall Scheme.
The DG had directed the Enforcement Wing to take strict action in accordance with the law against illegal/unauthorized commercial and residential construction and encroachments. The spokesman warned the citizens not to violate the rules otherwise strict action would be taken against the violators.
The Building Control Department, he added, was regularly conducting operation against illegal and unauthorized commercial and residential construction in the city.
