Rawalpindi Development Authority Seals Three Illegal Shops On High Court Road

Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) on Wednesday sealed three shops constructed illegally on High Court road here.
RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Apr, 2018 ) :Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) on Wednesday sealed three shops constructed illegally on High Court road here. RDA has accelerated operation against illegal constructions while three shops were sealed on Wednesday in Mouza Kotha Kalan, High Court Road, RDA spokesman Hafiz Muhammad Irfan said.
He informed that Building Control Wing's staff including Superintendent Building Control, Building Inspectors and others conducted operation and sealed the illegal shops including Zahid Autos, Asian Motors and Mubeen Timber Godown.
The owners of the properties namely Shehraz, Adnan Shah and Hafiz Majeed had constructed illegal commercial buildings violating the rules. The spokesman said, Commissioner Rawalpindi Division Nadeem Aslam Chaudhary who is also Director General RDA had directed the Building Control Wing to take strict action against illegal/unauthorized constructions and commercial activities in accordance with the law.
He said, the operation would continue against commercial cum residential construction including plazas, shops, schools, other illegal land use and encroachments.
