Rabbani Expresses Sorrow Over Demise Of Miraj Khan

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22th july, 2016) : Chairman Senate Mian Raza Rabbani has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the sad demise of veteran politician , noted intellectual and philosopher Miraj Khan, he termed it a great loss.
The Chairman Senate, while eulogizing his services, observed that Late Miraj Khan was a fearless voice for the working class and upheld the cause of democracy through his relentless struggle against dictatorships, said a press release issued here.
He lived a simple life and never took any financial advantages from any government. He was one of the pioneers of the Student Movement. Mian Raza Rabbani called him A Man of Principles. In his condolence message to the bereaved family, the Senate Chairman prayed to ALLAH Almighty to Rest the Departed soul in peace and grant courage to the bereaved once to bear this loss with equanimity.
