PPP KP To Observe 65th Birth Anniversary Of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Jun, 2017 ) : PPP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter has decided to observe the birthday anniversary of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto with spirit and reverence.
The decision was taken in a meeting the provincial cabinet held here with provincial president, Mohammad Hamayun Khan in the chair. All members of the cabinet attended the meeting, which also discussed provincial and district level organizational matters of the party.
According to provincial deputy secretary information, Gohar Inqilabi, the 65th birthday anniversary of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto will be observed with great reverence and largest ceremony in this regard will be held at the Residence of Sartaj Khan, which beside provincial cabinet will also be attended by district leadership.
In this connection, the provincial president has directed all divisional presidents for organizing programmes in the respective divisional headquarters to pay tributes to Shaheed Benazir Bhutto great.
The PPP provincial president, Hamayun Khan said that Shaheed Benazir Bhutto always stood for restoration of democracy and establishment of civilian rule in the country and never compromised on her principles and ideologies.
She fought a long a struggle for the rights of downtrodden classes of the society including workers, peasants, Haris, women and students and made the defense of the country impregnable. He said Shaheed BB always stood like a rock against terrorism and extremism and she was martyred by the terrorist elements.
The PPP provincial president said that Shaheed Benazir Bhutto is alive in the hearts of people and each year they pay glowing tributes to her for her unmatched sacrifices for the country and its people.
