ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Jan, 2018 ) :Senator Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), Javed Abbassi on Friday said that perpetrators of Kasur incident, would be given exemplary punishment.

"It was the responsibility of the government to protect the lives and property of the citizen, " he said while talking to a private news channel.

Expressing serious concerns over the situation emerged after the child abuse case in Kasur, he said that responsible person behind this abominable act must be arrested and publicly hanged so that such incidents could not surface in future, he said.

To a question regarding good governance of the present government, he said the people will decide and elect their representatives in the next general election, on the basis of performance.
