PDWP Approves 4 Projects Cost Rs.12812.434 Mln

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th july, 2016) : The Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) held its special meeting under the chairmanship of Syed Zafar Ali Shah, Secretary P&D /Additional Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Wednesday. The meeting was attended by members and respective administrative Secretaries.
The forum considered 4 projects pertaining to different sectors including Water, Pro-poor initiatives and Multi Sectoral Development for the uplift of the province.
The forum approved 4 projects with an estimated cost of Rs.12812.434 million. In the Water Sector approved projects were "Detailed Design and Construction of Pehur High Level Canal Extension District Swabi", "Construction of Gul Dheri Dam Project District Nowshera". Only approved project of the Special Initiatives sector was "Sasta Aata Ghee Khasoosi Package". Approved project of Multi Sectoral Development sector was "Capacity building of Planning & Development Department (Phase-II)".
