Pakistan's Liquid Foreign Reserves Position

The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at US$ 19,672.0 million on October 6, an announcement of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) said on Thursday.
KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Oct, 2017 ) :The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at US$ 19,672.0 million on October 6, an announcement of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) said on Thursday.
It said that the break-up of the foreign reserves position is as under: i) Foreign reserves held by the SBP: US$ 13,787.
9 million ii) Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks: US$ 5,884.1 million iii) Total liquid foreign reserves : US$ 19,672.0 million During the week ending 06 October 2017, SBP's reserves decreased by US$ 69 million to US$ 13,788 million, due to payments on account of external debt servicing, it was further pointed out.
