Karachi, (Pakistan Point News – 19th July, 2016) : Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah has said that the military played a great role in son's recovery. Raheel Sharif gave informed me that my son had been rescued. Allah gave me the courage and persistence. Justice Sajjad Ali Shah said, after recovery Owais Shah from Tank, while talking to media outside his home, General Raheel Sharif called at 3 am in night and informed him that his son has been recovered.
According to Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah, Army Chief was personally monitoring the matter. Owais Shah will reach home soon. He expressed a desire to speak to his son and he talked with him a bit. Army Chief assured by phone that he will take a personal interest in the case and Owais Shah will be rescued soon, that day when Owais Shah was kidnapped. Justice Sajjad Ali Shah added that the DG ISI General Rizwan Akhtar was in touch with him the whole time and he formed the team for Owais Shah’s rescue.
Chief Justice said on questions relating to the role of the government in Owais Shah’s recovery that Pakistan Army played a great role in Owais’s rescue and military is the part of the government. He said, when asked questions about the role of police authorities, media should ask this for police authorities directly. Justice Sajjad Ali Shah added that his son has recovered by the nation's prayers, Allah gave him the courage and persistence that he was dealing with their daily routines in this difficult time
