District and Sessions Judge Abdul Qayyum Khan on Tuesday stressed the need for promoting good mutual working relationship between the bar and bench for providing the early and easy justice to the people
SIALKOT,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 07th Nov, 2017 ) :District and Sessions Judge Abdul Qayyum Khan on Tuesday stressed the need for promoting good mutual working relationship between the bar and bench for providing the early and easy justice to the people.
Addressing a meeting at Sialkot District Bar Association (DBA), he said that lawyers' community could also play its pivotal role in ensuring smooth provision of justice and removing all the hurdles from this way.
Highlighting the role and importance of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mediation Centers, he said that ADR centers were playing a vital role in early mediation between people in disposing off the prolonged pending dispute cases besides building the public confidence on the courts as well and paving the way of speedy justice to the people.
Earlier, D&SJ Abdul Qayyum Khan inaugurated e-library and IT Centre at Sialkot DBA. Local ADSJs, civil judges, senior lawyers and journalists attended the inaugural ceremony.
