NAB Lahore issues notices to all owners/developers of Eden Housing

Taking another initiative into the inquiry against management of Eden Housing, NAB Lahore has issued notices to all owners and developers including Dr. Muhammad Amjad, Anjum Amjad, Mustafa Amjad and Murtaza Amjad etc. for appearing before NAB Investigation Officers.

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Apr, 2018 ) :Taking another initiative into the inquiry against management of Eden Housing, NAB Lahore has issued notices to all owners and developers including Dr.

Muhammad Amjad, Anjum Amjad, Mustafa Amjad and Murtaza Amjad etc. for appearing before NAB Investigation Officers. DG NAB Lahore has ordered for freezing of all known assets worth billion of rupees and complete bank accounts functional operated in the name of Eden Developers and the Owners according to NAB spokesman.

The unearthed assets uptill now include as Mauzas Baghria and Dharmachand, district Lahore of 333 Kanal, 5 marla; Mauzas Tamma, Chattha Bakhtawar and Mohrian, Islamabad 404 kanal 4 marla; commercial land in Eden Abad, Defence Road, Lahore; 111 commercial plots in Eden Housing, Lahore; plaza floor in Eden Tower, Main Boulevard, Gulberg; 8 commercial plots in Eden Canal villas, Canal Bank Road; 2 commercial plots measureing 4 kanal each in Eden City, near New Airport, Lahore; 2 plots measuring 10 marla each in Eden City, near New Airport along with 26 commercial plots in Eden Residentia, college Road, Lahore and an 8 kanal luxury bungalow at 1.

5KM, Canal Bank Road, Lahore.

DG NAB directed clear directions freezing of all assets and bank accounts belonging to the owners and developers of Eden Housing, the same has been enforced and for the convenience of affectees NAB Lahore has uploaded online complaint form at its website www.nab.gov.pk for submission of forms directly.

More than 2000 claims have been submitted, so far, against Eden Housing Owners for depriving masses with their hard earned money worth billions of rupees.
