Motorway police foils bid to smuggle mainpuri

The National Highways and Motorway Police foiled a bid to smuggle the banned item mainpuri here on Wednesday.

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Mar, 2018 ) :The National Highways and Motorway Police foiled a bid to smuggle the banned item mainpuri here on Wednesday. The police spokesman informed that Inspector Shahnawaz Bhatti and Sub Inspector Nadeem Mahar chased a car which was trying to escape after hitting a motorbike.

The Motorway police confiscated the material and handed it over to Chalgari police station where an FIR would be lodged against the car driver Najeebullah, a resident of Quetta. According to the police, the car was smuggling mainpuri from Karachi to Sanghar district.
