LHC Bench To Hear Plea Against Raiwind March

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -27th Sep,2016) : A full bench of the Lahore High Court will hear a plea, filed for stopping Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan from leading a march on Raiwind on Sept 29 (Wednesday).
Justice Shahid Hameed Dar will head the bench whereas Justice Muhammad Anwaarul Haq and Justice Muhammad Qasim Khan will be other members of the bench.
The petitioner, Atif Sattar, had submitted that Imran Khan was making hate speeches against the government, generating discord and confrontation among different sections of society.
He contended that hostile atmosphere being created by the respondent should be checked. He pleaded with the court to restrain Imran Khan from leading the march towards Raiwind where residences of the prime minister's family are located.
