KPEZDMC Offers GHS To Staff Of Defunct SDA

PESHAWAR, Sept 5 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 05th Sep, 2017 ) : Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company (KPEZDMC) has offered Voluntarily Golden Handshake to the staff of the defunct Sarhad Development Authority (SDA) in pursuance of the decision of the provincial government, said a press release issued here on Tuesday.
The company in pursuance of the Act passed by the provincial assembly has offered Voluntary Golden Handshake amount to the defunct SDA staff. The company had decided to give options to the employees either to continue to work on their existing terms and conditions as specified in the Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa Development Authority rules 2015 made under the repealed Act or to serve KPEZDMC on the terms and conditions given by the KPEZMDC.
In order to comply with the decision of the provincial government the KPEZDMC management has paid golden handshake to the employees of the defunct SDA who opted for GHS voluntarily. In first phase, KPEZDMC has paid GHS to 76 employees of the defunct SDA employees which will also be extended to other employees accordingly.
There was a huge response by defunct SDA employees to the GHS and KPEZDMC looks forward to continue the scheme to whoever demands GHS voluntarily. APP/aqk/mkz
