Interloop T-20 Cricket Tournament Starts

FAISALABAD, Feb 1 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 01st Feb, 2017 ) : The 5th Interloop Premier League T-20 Cricket Tournament commenced at Iqbal Stadium here Wednesday. Seasoned Cricketer Misbahul Haq inaugurated the tournament, while Cricketer Saeed Ajmal, Ijaz Ahmed Junior, Additional Deputy Commissioner (finance) Mian Aftab Ahmed, President Faisalabad Regional Cricket Association Muhammad Anwar and players were also present on the occasion.

Talking on the occasion, Misbahul Haq said the country was rich in cricket talent and these types of sports events provided opportunities to young players to show their abilities and performance.

As many as 16 teams including Islamabad, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Abbotabad, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Jhang, Bhakkar, Kasur, Commissioner eleven, Deputy Commissioner eleven, Lyallpur eleven, Chairman District Council eleven, Mayor eleven and Inter loop eleven were participating in the event being organized under the aegis of Regional Cricket Association.

The tournament will conclude on February 17.
