Hilal Food Authority To Ensure Provision Of Clean, Healthy Food To People: Zeeshan Mehsood

Deputy Directors Zeeshan Mehsood and Rukhsar Ali of Food Safety and Hilal Food Authority Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wednesday said Department of Food Safety and Hilal Food Authority was working in the seven district of KP to ensure provision of clean and healthy food to the people.

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Apr, 2018 ) :Deputy Directors Zeeshan Mehsood and Rukhsar Ali of Food Safety and Hilal Food Authority Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wednesday said Department of Food Safety and Hilal Food Authority was working in the seven district of KP to ensure provision of clean and healthy food to the people.

They said this during a meeting with tradesmen from district Mardan about the provision of healthy food to the citizens.

Zeeshan Mehsood said the responsibilities are to forbid the dealers to sell China Salt and same as other products.

They said that China salt caused various diseases due to which it was banned by Supreme Court of Pakistan. They further explained that the aim of the department was not to destroy the trades of the people but to care the health of the people. Therefore, actions shall be taken against those who did not act upon the laws of the department.
