Hacem Fund Sets Up Free Medical Camp In Mir Ali, North Waziristan Agency

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 31st Jul, 2017 ) : Hacem Fund in collaboration with All Razmian Doctors Association set up a free medical camp for the local community of Mir Ali in North Waziristan Agency on Monday.
According to a press release issued here, more than 36 specialist doctors volunteered their services in the free medical camp. The volunteers included two lady doctors who also offered their services in Gynae/Obs and radiology for female patients.
The camp started at 9:00 am and continued till 3:00 pm. The total turnout of patients was more than 1000, mostly women and children. Free medicines worth 0.5 million PKR were also distributed among the patients.
Free juices, chips and biscuits were also given to children.
"It was a huge success on part of Hacem Fund and All Razmian Doctors Association, who came all the way from Islamabad, Peshawar, Bannu and Kohat and reached out to the destitute families belonging to the war torn areas of Mir Ali and Miranshah,” observed Azra Nafees Yousafzai, Head of Hacem Fund.
Azra Nafees also expressed her gratitude to all the doctors, nurses, volunteers and the Political Administration, who made this activity possible. The same team will again set up free medical camp in Razmak and Shawal on Tuesday.
It merits a mention here that Hacem Fund is also planning to finance six Early Childhood Development (ECD) Centers in Swat. In this connection, Hacem Fund singed MoU with Children's Global Network.
