Grievance Commissioner For Observing Overseas Pakistanis Day

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 04th Nov, 2016 ) : Grievance Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis Hafiz Ahsan Ahmad Khokhar has urged the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to make arrangements at all Pakistani missions abroad for observing the National Overseas Pakistanis Day on Dec 18.
According to sources on Friday, a letter has been written to the ministry and all Pakistan missions abroad in this regard. Earlier, the Grievance Commissioner has taken various steps for overseas Pakistanis including a website for registration of complaints relating to 40 departments, one window facilitation desks at eight airports, issue resolution through helpline, addressing compensation cases and hearing of complaints through video-link as well as resolution of complaints in 45 days.
