Governor Sindh Muhammad Zubair has felicitated the nation on the 70th Independence Day anniversary of Pakistan
KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Aug, 2017 ) : Governor Sindh Muhammad Zubair has felicitated the nation on the 70th Independence Day anniversary of Pakistan. In a message issued here, he said that on this auspicious occasion we should express the resolve to work with dedication for the progress and prosperity of the country.
The Governor said that Pakistan was achieved in accordance with the vision of Allama Muhammad Iqbal under the dynamic leadership of Quaid-i-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah. He stated that on the occasion we should remember the sacrifices of those who laid down their lives in the struggle for the creation of Pakistan.
Mohammad Zubair in his message further pointed out that in accordance with the ideology of Pakistan, the country was making a rapid progress. After the maintenance of the law and order, the economic, commercial, social and literary activities are going on rapidly.
The Governor said that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) which is a symbol of the very close friendly ties between our two countries, is a great gift. He said that the day is not far when Pakistan would be among the developed countries.
