An anti-narcotics court on Tuesday adjourned the hearing of ephedrine case against Hanif Abassi and six other accused till October 19
RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Oct, 2017 ) :An anti-narcotics court on Tuesday adjourned the hearing of ephedrine case against Hanif Abassi and six other accused till October 19.
During the course of proceedings, Investigation Officer Imtiaz Hussain Shah of Anti-Narcotics Force told the court that during investigation one ZP-19 rotary machine was recovered, whose recovery memo was attached with the record.
He had summoned Iftikhar Shaeikhani for investigation but he did not come for recording his statement, he added. He told the court that ephedrine tablets sent to Arafat Traders could not be verified. On next hearing Hanif Abassi's counsel would cross examine the witnesses. Hanif Abassi, his brother Basit Abassi and five other accused in the case were present in the court.
