Education Must For Progress: Khawaja Asif

SIALKOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23th july, 2016) : Federal Minister for Defence, Water and Power Khawaja Muhammad Asif on Sturday said no nation could develop without promotion of quality education. He said this while addressing participants of a ceremony after distributing appointment letters among newly recruited male and female educators/teachers and assistant education officers at Government Girls Higher Secondary school Cantt here.

He directed officers of the education department to ensure attendance of teachers at all government schools and colleges in the district. He urged teachers to perform their duties with honesty, full devotion, dedication and enthusiasm to educate the next generations. MPAs Ch Tariq Akhtar Subhani, Ch Muhammad Ikram, DCO Dr Asif Tufail, EDO (Education) Muhammad Farooq and senior officers were also present.
