Delay In Elections Won't Be Tolerated: Javed Hashmi

Senior politician Javed Hashmi Thursday said that upcoming general election should be held on time and any type of delay in this regard would not be tolerated.
MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Mar, 2018 ) :Senior politician Javed Hashmi Thursday said that upcoming general election should be held on time and any type of delay in this regard would not be tolerated.
Addressing a press conference here at local press club, he feared that delay of single day in upcoming general election could lead to delay for a long time.
It was the right of citizens to elect the leaders of their own choice through vote, he maintained.
Hashmi said that he had always raised his voice for supremacy of the Parliament and strengthen to democracy. He said that it was the responsibility of all political parties to stop any possible move against the Constitution.
