CTP Rawalpindi Finalizes Traffic Plan For Chand Raat

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Jun, 2017 ) : The City Traffic Police (CTP) Rawalpindi on Saturday finalized a special traffic plan for Chand Raat (eve of Eidul Fitr), under which additional personnel will be deployed at important markets, shopping malls, public places and mosques to control the heavy traffic.
Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Yousaf Ali Shahid, in a statement here, said under the plan, traffic wardens had been assigned duties to maintain traffic flow on Chand Raat. He directed wardens to ensure smooth flow of traffic.
He also directed to take strict action against the violators and urged the motorists to cooperate with traffic police. The CTO said a special squad had been deployed to check one wheeling. He also advised the traffic wardens to deal with the motorists politely.
