Court Extends Interim Bail Of MPA Rauf Khoso

KARACHI, Sept 14 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Sep, 2017 ) : The Sindh High Court (SHC) Thursday granted extension of interim bail by November 03 to MPA Rauf Khoso and others in a NAB inquiry and adjourned the hearing.

The court ordered the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to complete the inquiry against the accused in six weeks and submit the same to the court.

A division bench headed by Chief Justice of Sindh High Court Justice Ahmed Ali M Shaikh heard the bail petitions of the accused.

NAB prosecutor Mohammed Altaf requested the court to grant further time to complete the investigation. Upon that the court in its remarks said that the accused were on bail since 2015 and more time could not be allowed. The court gave the NAB reprimand for the delay in the matter. APP/rap/msk/rnr
