Chairman DMC south Karachi inspects cleanliness work

KARACHI, Feb 1 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 01st Feb, 2017 ) : The chairman of District Municipal Corporation (DMC) Karachi South, malik Muhammad Fayyaz, on Wednesday visited various areas of Lyari and inspected the cleanliness work.

He said that available resources were being utilized for collection of garbage and disposing it to the landfill sites on daily basis and also to help improve the drainage system.

Malik Fayyaz said that higher officials of the Water board have also been approached for resolving the drainage problems especially around the hospitals and the academic institutions in the area.

He said that efforts are being undertaken for provision of civic facilities to the residents without any distinction.
