Balochistan Chief Minister Abdul Quddus Bizenjo Thanks Political Parties For Support In Senate Chairman Election

Balochistan Chief Minister Abdul Quddus Bizenjo Tuesday thanked leadership of all political parties and all senators who had voted for Sadiq Sanjrani in his election as Senate chairman.
QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Mar, 2018 ) :Balochistan Chief Minister Abdul Quddus Bizenjo Tuesday thanked leadership of all political parties and all senators who had voted for Sadiq Sanjrani in his election as Senate chairman.
Addressing a press conference here, Bizenjo said their group had managed to win six seats in the upper house of parliament and the leadership of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Pakistan People's Party, Muttahida Qaumi Movement and all senators from the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) supported their candidate for the top slot.
He felicitated the people of Balochistan on Sanjrani's election. Provincial ministers Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, Mir Ghulam Dastagir Badeni and Mir Asim Kayani were also present in this press conference.
The chief minister said Pakhtunkhuwa Mili Awami Party chief Mehmood Khan Achakzai and National Party's Mir Hasil Khan Bizenjo, who hailed from Balochistan, should have supported their candidate.
He asked the two leaders to hold intra-party elections. He urged the people of Balochistan to vote for those candidates in next election who were committed to work for the betterment of the people and the province.
To a question, he said completion of projects under the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) was priority of his government, for which the Federal government had already released funds.
