ANF Force Commanders Directed To Speed Up Operations To Arrest POs

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th july, 2016) :- Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) Commanders have been directed to speed up the ongoing countrywide operations for arresting Proclaimed Offenders (POs) and Absconders particularly involved in illicit trafficking.
Director General (DG) ANF issued these directions on Wednesday while chairing an extraordinary 'Force Commanders Conference' held here at ANF Headquarters, Rawalpindi. The conference was attended by Commanders of all Regional Directorates and Senior Staff Officers.
According to ANF Spokesman, the DG, during the conference, renewed ANF resolve to come hard on the Proclaimed Offenders and Absconders.
He directed all Regional Commanders to accelerate their efforts to net Proclaimed Offenders and Absconders and bring them to justice. The DG also reviewed the progress of counter drug operations and considered proactive and innovative steps to curb the drug trafficking in the country.
