Airlines Affected By Heathrow Terminal 3 Baggage System Fault

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st july,2016) : Due to a breakdown of baggage handling system at Terminal 3 of Heathrow airport London, thousands of pieces of check-in baggage have been left behind, affecting flights landing or taking off from there, a PIA spokesman said on Thursday.
He stated that this breakdown also affected PIA and about 700 pieces of baggage of passengers traveling on PK-788 and PK-786 could not be loaded on the aircraft.
The spokesman of the national flag carrier said that the PIA regrets this inconvenience caused to passengers and is making all-out efforts to ensure that all of these pieces of baggage are rushed on next direct available flights from Heathrow airport.
