Agriculture Institute Attack Victims To Get Compensation At Par With Martyrs Of APS

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 06th Dec, 2017 ) :Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister, Pervez Khattak has approved compensation to Shuhada and injured of the terrorist attack at Agriculture Training Institute Peshawar adding that the Shuhada and injured should be paid at par with the Shuhada and injured of the Army Public school.
This he ordered on Wednesday while approving a summary moved by the Secretary Irrigation for the compensation of victims of the Agriculture Training Institute (ATI) Peshawar. There were nine Shuhadas which the summary suggested for compensation as per the approved policy in vogue and the injured may be given the injured compensation package as per standing procedure.
However, the Chief Minister approving the summary directed compensation to Shuhada and injured on the pattern of Shuhada and injured of Army Public School.
The summary suggested Shuhada package for all Shuhada and injured compensation for the injured, under the existing policy and standing procedure respectively.
The summary further suggested provision of fund for rehabilitation of rooms, offices, labs, raising of boundary walls with fencing and damages structure of residential colony and hostels of institute to be properly estimated by C&W department.
The summary approved by the Chief Minister indicated that the C&W department would prepare cost estimation and the health department would do its job on its part.
