Additional district sessions judge Irfan Ahmad Shaikh on Monday handed down death sentence to an accused of a murder case
SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Feb, 2018 ) :Additional district sessions judge Irfan Ahmad Shaikh on Monday handed down death sentence to an accused of a murder case. According to the prosecution, convict Muhammad Ramzan resident of Quaidabad along with Zaman and Yar Muhammad had killed Muhammad Shahid over a trivial issue in 2014.
The court ordered the convict to pay Rs 535,000 as compensation to the legal heirs of the victim. The court acquitted Zaman and Yar Muhammad on benefit of doubt.
