Police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested 26 drug pushers and recovered narcotics, illegal weapons from their possession.

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Apr, 2018 ) ::Police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested 26 drug pushers and recovered narcotics, illegal weapons from their possession. Police said that during continued drive against drug peddlers and criminals, the teams of different police stations conducted raids within the areas of their jurisdiction.

They arrested 26 accused recovering 2,070 grams Hashish, 160 bottles of liquor, two guns 12 bore, two rifle 444 and 13 Pistols 30 bore from them.

They were Safdar, Sher Muhammad, Irfan, Bilal, Azhar Ali, Ali Asghar, Nasr, Abdul Sattar, Akhtar, Bilal, Umar Draz, Munir, Danish, Imran, Ghulam Ali, Amir, Waqas and others. Police have registered the cases.
