Father, Son Awarded 2 Ply Death Sentences

SARGODHA, March 1 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 01st Mar, 2017 ) : Additional District and Session Judge Sajjad Hussain Sandhar on Wednesday awarded 2 ply death sentences to the two accused involved in a dual murder case.

According to court sources, the accused Muhammad Feroz of Chak 34 NB along with his sons Muhammad Imran and Muhammad Zahid had murdered his daughter Mumtaz Bibi and her paramour.

After hearing the arguments the learned Judge has awarded two ply death sentence to the culprits Muhammad Feroz and Muhammad Imran along with fine Rs 800,000 as compensation money.

The court acquitted the co-accused Muhammad Zahid given him benefit of doubt. The culprits were sent to district Jail Sargodha.
