Crackdown On Profiteers: 49 Shopkeepers, Vendors Fined

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th May, 2018 ) :As part of the ongoing crackdown against the unauthorized price hike of the edible commodities, Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad Anis Ahmed Dasti imposed penalties of Rs.248,000 on 49 shops and retailers.
The DC here on Saturday visited several markets in City, Latifabad and Qasimabad talukas to monitor adherence to the government fixed rates of the commodities including fruits and vegetables.The DC has asked the shopkeepers and vendors to comply with the official rates to prevent being fined.
