5 Shopkeepers Fined For Overcharging

During the raid conducted on the direction of deputy commissioner he challaned five shopkeepers and imposed fine of Rs 11,000 for overcharging or violating other relevant laws.

Moreover, the Assistant Commissioner Puran held meeting with the stakeholders of Aloch Bazar, Puran regarding introduction of biodegradable shopping bags. In this regard awareness campaign was also arranged and samples of biodegradable shopping bags have been handed over to the shopkeepers.
