Fraud case against Salman Khan

India, (Pakistan Point News - 14th July, 2016) : Sultan film, which was released on Eid al-Fitr, has been business more than 208 million Indian rupees in a week. Of course, the film has been a hit, but its super star Salman Khan has facing problems because the resident of Bihar Mohammad Sabir Sabir Ansari filed a case against bollywood Sultan while accusing him of fraud. According to Hindustan Times, Sabir Khan has claimed that Sultan movie is based on his life and Salman Khan promised him to pay Rs 20 crore as royalty.

According to Sudhir Kumar Ojha, advocate of Sabir Khan, he told his story to Salman in Mumbai, 2010 and Bollywood film star promised that if they would make film he would compensate him. The compensation was not paid until the making of the film. Case is been registered and pursuing under various IPC sections including 420 (fraud and corruption), 406, 504 and 506. The actor and director Ali Abbas Zafar and Anushka Sharma have also been included in the trial. The trial was held Tuesday and the next hearing on July 26.
