Oslo, (Pakistan Point News – 24th August, 2016) : Norway has surprised everyone by giving the position of the Army Brigadier to a Penguin. Foreign media reported that penguin named Sir Nils Olav from the Kinger race has been given the post of Brigadier by Norwegian government and personnel offered him a salute.
