PESHAWAR Sept 13 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Sep, 2017 ) : The dengue tests of 23680 persons have been completed in different hospitals, basic health units and diagnostic laboratories in various districts of Khyber Pakthunkhwa.
Officials in Anti Dengue Response Unit KP, told APP that the doctors and paramedical staff have completed dengue tests of 23680 persons in various hospitals and diagnostic centres till Tuesday last and 5018 patients were fully recovered and were sent home.
The official said about 5613 patients were tested positive during screening of their bloods tests. The officials said that so far 21 patients died due to dengue epidemic. Since Tuesday last, the number of affected patients has mounted to 8018 while 381 patients were being treated in different hospitals of the province, the official added.
