DC Korangi Inaugurates Anti-polio Campaign

Deputy Commissioner Korangi, Abdul Wajid Sheikh on Monday administered the anti-polio drops to a child at UC-2, Qayoomabad area to inaugurate the anti-polio campaign in the district Korangi here.
KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Feb, 2018 ) :Deputy Commissioner Korangi, Abdul Wajid Sheikh on Monday administered the anti-polio drops to a child at UC-2, Qayoomabad area to inaugurate the anti-polio campaign in the district Korangi here.
The DC Korangi also visited different areas of Korangi to review the arrangements of anti-polio campaign, said a spokesman of district Korangi. Talking to media during the visit, the DC Korangi said that encroachments will be removed from the streets to provide clear passage to vehicular traffic so as to ensure smooth flow of traffic in the district Korangi.
He said that special attention is being paid to beautification, besides, construction and development works in all areas of the district.
