Anti-polio Campaign To Start From Nov 20

BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Nov, 2017 ) :campaign would start from November 20 in Bahawalpur district. Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur Rana Muhammad Saleem Afzal will inaugurate the campaign at Bahawal Victoria Hospital Bahawalpur.

6 million children under the age of 5 years would be administered anti-Polio drops in the district. Some 1401 teams have been constituted for the campaign which include 1103 mobile teams, 157 fixed teams, 123 teams for public transport centers and 18 teams for markets.It is pertinent to mention here that Bahawalpur is polio-free district for last two decades.
