Special Anti-polio Drive Begins In Lower Dir

A two-day special anti-polio campaign began in Lower Dir district on Thursday morning. According to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department, more than eighty-seven thousand children up to five years of age will be administered anti-polio drops, Radio Pakistan reported
ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 04th Jan, 2018 ) :A two-day special anti-polio campaign began in Lower Dir district on Thursday morning. According to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department, more than eighty-seven thousand children up to five years of age will be administered anti-polio drops, Radio Pakistan reported.
Nine Hundred and sixty-three teams have been constituted which will visit door to door to ensure administering anti-polio drops to the children. Special security measures have been taken for security of polio teams.
