Parents Congratulates KP Govt For Promulgation Of Private Schools Regulatory Authority

Parents on Wednesday congratulated Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government on promulgation of Private Schools Regulatory Authority (PSRA) Act and termed it a historical moment for the masses.

HARIPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Apr, 2018 ) :Parents on Wednesday congratulated Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government on promulgation of Private Schools Regulatory Authority (PSRA) Act and termed it a historical moment for the masses.

Talking to media here, parents said that educational institutions acting on commercial basis, and school administrations are charging heavy fines, stationary and paper money charges and most of the schools were paying minimum wages to their staffers.

Parents also requested provincial government to probe issue of private schools where students are being forced to change schools on different pretexts. They also appreciated provincial government efforts for private schools regulatory authority bill and demanded its implementation in letter and spirit.
