He was delivering a keynote address on Pakistan's growing needs for innovation. The moot titled `Pakistan's Organizational Summit and Futurism Commerce' was held at a local hotel under the auspices of New World Concepts.
Prof.Dr. Atta ur Rahman in his address emphasized the growing need for incorporating innovation in our education and job environments for Pakistan to catch up with other nations of the world. The organizers said that this was the first international conference to discuss the concept of organizational transformations in the face of digitalization and technological dynamics impacting Pakistani corporate landscape.
`The Organizational Growth Summit is a unique chance for professionals in the corporate and business sectors in Pakistan to learn about how organizations can focus on changing their culture and processes to utilize technology'.

Ufuk Tarhan, Economist & leading Futurist from Turkey, highlighted the difficulties in creating a sustainable and successful career in the future due to digitalization.
She suggested the `T-Human' model to overcome these challenges which can be applied by individuals and organizations. Nadeem Hussain, Founder & Coach, Planet N Group of Companies shared his work experiences with engaging technology to gain new customers.
He showcased innovative strategies on how information technology can be used for attracting new customers. Dr. Ani Atanasova, CEO, Pixelhunter, UAE explained how Virtual Reality and Gaming Solutions were benefiting companies in UAE and across the world.
Dr. Adnan Ali Hyder, Professor of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg school of Public Health, USA; Dr. Mahnaz Shah, Director The Eye Centre & Glaucoma Specialist and Fahad Mirza, leading Plastic Surgeon discussed issues about how technology has improved healthcare services.
