KARACHI, Sept 14 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Sep, 2017 ) : The Port where three ships M.V Tiger Hong Kong and M.T AL Jassasiyah carrying General Cargo, coal and LNG were arranged berthing at Multi Purposc Terminals (MW-1 & MW-4) and Engro Elengy Terminal respsctively on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, four more ships, M.T Karachi, M.T Pavini Spirlt, M.T Ginga Hawkand M.T Grand Ace-5 with furnace oil, palm oil and disesel oil also arrived at outer anchorage of Port Qasim during the same day.
Berth occupancy was observed at the Port at 65% on Wednesday where a total of ten ships were Maerak Atlarta, MSC Busan, Yuan Jing, Han Ren, Tiger Hongkong, Taoumaz, Gas Ethereal, AL-Jassasiyah, White Purl, Sheel coil, canola seeds, chemicals, LNG, LPG, edible oil and LSFO respectively during last 24 hours.
Two ships Chemicals carrier Gas Ethereal and Edible oil carrier PG rotterdam sailed out to sea on Thursday moring, while three more ships, Container Vessel MSC Busan, Bulk cargo carrier Tzounaz and Heavy Lift cargo carrier Yuam Jing are expcted to sail on same day in the after afternoon.
Five ships C.V Maipo, M.V MG Earth, M.T Lion-M, M.T E[oc Sadimia and M.T Corana carrying containers soya bean, furnace oi, LPG and palm oil are expected to take berths at QICT, EAP. FOTCO and LCT respectively on Thursday, 13th September. APP/msq/msk/fmc � 17:25/18:15/18:15
