Market Committee Issues Price List Of Fruits, Vegetables

Islamabad, , (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Oct, 2017 ) :Islamabad Market Committee on Tuesday issued price list of vegetables and fruits in the markets of Federal Capital. According to a spokesman, the rate list of vegetables in Islamabad except for Jinnah Super, Super and Kohsar markets are as follows: Potato Rs 32/27 per Kg, Onion Rs 70/58, Tomato Rs 80/70, Ginger Rs 180/130, Garlic Dasi Rs 90/70, Garlic (Quetta) Rs 110/85, Lemon Rs 60/48, Lady Finger Rs 40/30, Pumpkin Rs 58/45, Brinjal Rs 30/24, Peas Rs 170/120, Farsh Bean Rs 65/50, Cucumber Rs 44/30, Capsicum Rs 90/78, Green Chilli Rs 50/40, Cauliflower Rs 35/28, Cabbage Rs 38/30, Bitter Gourd Rs 68/55, Green Zucchini RS 58/45, Spinach Rs 17/13, Raddish Rs 28/20, Turnip Rs 38/28, Maroo Rs 38/30, Yam Rs 27/20 and Carrot Rs 60/40.
Likewise, he said that rates of fruit per kilogram of high and medium quality in Islamabad are as follows: Apple Golden Rs 90/65, Papita Rs 115/85, Apple China Rs 180/135, Banana Pak Rs 57/45, Apple New Zealand Rs 260/205, Pear China Rs 145/110, Meetha Rs 165/115, Guava Rs 55/35 and Grapes Rs 155/110.
The spokesman has asked all the people to follow this list and inform the authorities at 051-4867762 in case of any complaint against the shopkeepers.
